Our Scope

InterWorld Architects first registered with the Singapore Board of Architects in 2001. The practice was started even before the early days of green, sustainable architecture had been vogue to provide specialized, integrated architectural design and construction services that can deliver modern, prefabricated lightweight landed houses economically and speedily.  However, these modern building structures can also be designed to cater to different owners' highly individualistic design needs. One of the key tenets of this form of housing is the tight integration of the building with the local climate and environments. As a result, owners tend to find the interior of these houses cooler and breezier than the usual concrete-masonry structures.  Thus, the advantages of these prefabricated, lightweight houses include faster delivery of completed buildings even while using less manpower and providing good savings in energy bills due to significant reduction in the use of air-conditioning.

Over the years the practice has expanded beyond pure architecture services into providing Project Management, Design for Safety (DFS). Interior Design and Digital Art services.

Our architects have worked as Project Managers with well-established developers for nearly 2 decades and have been involved in commissioning prestigious, high-end condominiums.

Due to our experience with large-scale, high-end condominium developments, we have been called on to provide Design for Safety services for a number of prestigious luxury condominium developments. We continue to draw repeat commissions from our clients for this service

Recently, the company has also started to provide clients with Digital Art pieces to complement the interior design works executed by our office.
